
Vuledzani Ramapala is a dedicated advocate for inclusive finance, youth leadership, and the expansion of equitable economic opportunity. She is passionate about shaping the future of impact investing and preparing emerging leaders to drive sustainable, community-centered financial innovation.

At Shared Interest, Vuledzani leads the HBCU Social Impact Leaders Program, the core focus of her work in Development. She designs curriculum, facilitates student engagement, and manages partnerships that introduce HBCU students to impact investing, ESG, financial literacy, and sustainable finance. Her leadership strengthens a growing pipeline of young professionals equipped to advance value-driven financial systems. In her Operations portfolio, Vule manages investor and donor relations, oversees CRM and data systems, and supports key organizational processes including reporting and portfolio documentation. Her analytical approach and cross-functional expertise support strong operational performance and data-informed decision-making across the organization.

As a South African with academic and professional experience in the U.K. and the U.S., Vule brings a global perspective that enriches her work in designing inclusive financial systems and advancing equitable access to capital. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Analytics and International Business, as well as a BA in International Business Management. She is also a Capital Group Community Wealth Council Fellow, focused on advancing financial literacy, financial wellness, and inclusive economic strategies for emerging leaders.
