She is a fervent advocate for racial equity and has shared her insights at prestigious conferences and forums, including Harvard, MIT, Columbia, NYU, and more. In 2022, Sandra's belief in the transformative power of mentorship led her to launch LegacyShift, a tech platform that empowers organizations to enhance and scale their mentorship programs.

Sandra is currently the host of the “Make Your Mark” podcast, where she sheds light on Afro-Diaspora innovators and disruptors, further solidifying her commitment to amplifying diverse voices across industries.
