Louise Nankiinga is currently the Principal, Senior ESG Equity Research Analyst at Brown Advisory, which she joined in 2021. She works closely with equity research to integrate key environmental, social, and governance factors into the group’s investment process, helping to identify drivers of value as well as material risks and opportunities not captured in traditional financial analysis and accounting. Louise began her career at Goldman Sachs as part of the GS SUSTAIN equity research team and subsequently Unilever as part of the Dove Hair team. Louise holds her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
