
Joyce Masi is the Managing Director of Kweza Holdings Limited (KHL), a consulting firm advancing inclusive business and finance across Southern Africa. Under her leadership, KHL identifies and supports women- and youth-led enterprises, providing training, capacity building, and investment readiness support for nascent and growing businesses.

As a pre-qualified Transaction Advisory Service Provider (TASP) under the Investment Support Facility (ISF) of the Agricultural Transformation Initiative (ATI), Joyce has facilitated commercially viable and impact-driven transactions supporting smallholder farmers, SMEs, and women-inclusive value chains. She has advised both investees and investors, bridging the gap between enterprises and capital providers.

Joyce is a board member of the International Women’s Association of Malawi (IWAM) and the Malawians Health Initiative (MHI). She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town, along with additional advanced qualifications in marketing, credit, and corporate finance.
