Diane Keefe, CFA

Diane Keefe currently serves as advisor to BeneStream, a social enterprise that assists large employers in providing enrollment assistance to employees who qualify for public health insurance. She is the chair of the finance committee of the Quaker United Nations Office board of directors in New York City.
In 1999, she founded the Pax World High Yield Fund, the first global high yield bond fund established with comprehensive social screens. She acted as portfolio manager for the fund through 2006. In 2007, Diane led institutional marketing for the Pax World Fund Family. Prior to joining Pax, Diane Keefe worked on trading floors at Dillon, Read, Oppenheimer, Swiss Bank, and UBS in the fixed income capital markets, primarily on non-investment grade securities in domestic and emerging markets.
She received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Graduate School of Business and graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Political Economy. She served on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Finance Network, the leading network of Community Development Financial Institutions, lending in low income communities, working in urban, rural, and Native American reservation-based markets. She recently served as Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Stewardship committee of American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), a Quaker non-profit institution with $200 million in assets that promotes peace and shared security in the US and abroad. AFSC envisions a world in which lasting peace with justice is achieved through active nonviolence. She previously served as a member of the investment committee of the Universal Healthcare Foundation of Connecticut and as Chair of the Investment Committee of Friends Seminary a K-12 school in Manhattan.
